How It Works

I begin with a thorough, two-way initial assessment to understand your needs and goals. From there, we’ll agree on the most suitable approach and pace for your therapy.

Sessions are typically 50–60 minutes, held weekly or fortnightly depending on your needs. You are always in control of how your therapy progresses.
